1. Six Plus Performance Warehouse does not refund or exchange if you simply change your mind or purchase the incorrect product.
2. In the event that a product is faulty or does not do what it is designed to do, the product may either be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Six Plus Performance Warehouse.
3. Any claims made under warranty are limited to the purchase price of the product only.
4. All warranty claims must be sent back to the wholesale supplier for inspection. If the product is found to be damaged or faulty due to incorrect use or handling by the customer it is not covered under warranty. In this event, the customer is responsible for any and all shipping and handling costs incurred.
5. If a product fails to arrive due to being addressed incorrectly by Six Plus Performance Warehouse, then Six Plus Performance Warehouse shall accept responsibility and re-deliver or refund the items. If the Customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then Six Plus Performance Warehouse will not refund or resend the product. In this event all responsibility for replacement products and correcting delivery will be borne by the Customer.
6. Six Plus Performance Warehouse will endeavor to get products to customers as quickly as possible.Six Plus Performance Warehouse takes no responsibility for delivery time frame once products are in the hands of Australia Post or any other third party. 7. Shipping prices are charged according to rates set by Australia Post. Six Plus Performance Warehouse reserves the right to adjust prices without notice and to charge additional packing and handling costs when necessary. Due notice will always be given where possible. 8. Free shipping on items from this store is for Australian perchance only. 9.
